Oliver Radley-Gardner KC is a property litigation specialist with knowledge of valuation disputes, most recently under the Electronic Communications Code. He has acted as legal assessor to agricultural arbitrations under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986, and as counsel in ad hoc and contractual arbitrations concerning diverse issues ranging from compensation for game bird damage to rent reviews. He has appeared in a number of appeals under the Arbitration Act 1996, under the former Electronic Communications Code, rent reviews, and in relation to agricultural disputes.

He was Chambers and Partners Real Estate Junior of the Year in 2020.
