Stephen Jourdan KC’s practice as a barrister covers all aspects of property and agricultural litigation, including insolvency, partnership and professional negligence claims. He has conducted many rent review, development land valuation, and agricultural arbitrations.

He has for many years sat as a Deputy High Court Judge in the Chancery Division, as a Civil Recorder in the County Court, and as a Judge of the Land Registration Division of the FTT (formerly Deputy Adjudicator to HM Land Registry). He has also determined a number of disputes as arbitrator or expert.

He is Joint Head of Falcon Chambers and is co-author of Jourdan & Radley-Gardner on Adverse Possession.
