Michael Ranson is an experienced real estate lawyer. Prior to joining Falcon Chambers he worked for fifteen years as a solicitor at Macfarlanes LLP, where he became a partner a 2012, specialising in property work.
In the context of arbitration Michael has particular experience in the following areas:
- Transactional matters including development and overage agreements
- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes including the Crown Estate’s ‘Excepted Area’ arbitration policy
- Disputes involving estate agents’ and buying agents’ fees
